I have attained proficiency in Security Threat & Risk Assessment, and Strategic Intelligence Analyst. Expertise: Conduct site Threat and Risk Assessments. Management of physical security, security staff, equipment, and documentation. Assess the adequacy of site security plans for protection of the physical environment against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and all illegal and unauthorized activity. Oversee adherence to corporate security policies and procedures for all relevant locations. Review facility risk and vulnerability assessments and plans for action. Conduct branch security surveys and audits to include adherence to security policies and procedures, facility emergency action plans, inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and all other relevant aspects of the facility security program. Recommend changes to departmental policies and procedures to enhance safety and security and improve departmental efficiency. Develop, implement, and manages regional strategic planning for security and its coordination with organizational business objectives. Review performance to plan for business unit and facility security programs. Identifies problems and resolves issues. Develop and document standards for measuring efficiency and effectiveness of security operations. Develop and build relationships with high-level law enforcement, intelligence, and private sector counterparts. Prepare reports and provides briefings to senior executives and the executive security team on risks, recommendations, and performance of the security program. Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency response agencies, business groups, contractors, and others to enhance facility protection and improve operational efficiency.
