Provide oversight and program evaluation for over military and civilian workforce initiatives associated with growth, development and retention of the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) workforce and recruitment of best-qualified individuals to meet the mission. Plans, implements, and monitors military personnel operations with responsibility for developing and administering Military and Civilian Human Resource activities through fair, effective, and economical acquisition, allocation, and use of personnel. Serve as a catalyst for governmental reform through innovative and creative development of personnel programs supporting Acquisition Demonstration projects. Work with servicing Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPACs) in identifying, optimizing, controlling, and managing critical human resources needs thru developing and integrating innovative approaches to meet those needs. Converts strategic goals into programs or policies through continuously provides feedback to the Commander and senior managers on the health and status of AMCOM human resource programs. Procure, manage and execute a robust training mission to close competency gaps in Human Resources.
