I have a unique experience of 31 years in the Indian Army & 6 years 9 months in Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Jaipur a unit of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd, my present organisation.I can boast about my being part of the nucleus of raising an Infantry Battalion, Army Marksmanship Unit and the Project Teams of Narayana Multispecialty Hospital Ahemdabad & Jaipur. Operating in Leh & SIKKIM, ASSAM and in SRILANKA against harsh weather conditions and militancy demanded a high level of professionalism in Risk assessment, Material & Assets Management, Training of Combatants & Non-Combatants, Financial Planning, Preparing Strategies using it as force multiplier and keeping the men motivated to achieve results unconditionally. I have the rare distinction of getting picked up as National Coach of Indian Shooting Team (19••••98) and Chief Coach of Indian Army (19••••98). Commissioning units in Healthcare industry involved making a viable proposal for the envisaged project, obtaining approvals from internal & Govt bodies, selecting and hiring of vendors to undertake the project, Security & Safety of the project, ensuring all statutory compliance in line with Environmental & Social Governess.
