Oversee a team of 85 paid staff and an annual budget of more than $7 million. Provide core oversight of leadership development, business/donor development and financial health. Guide and direct the organization’s strategic plan, which is designed to end interpersonal violence in two generations.Key Accomplishments:1) Throughout two legislative sessions, aligned with North Dakota lawmakers, peers and partners to lead the development of historical statewide funding for several domestic and sexual assault agencies ($19 million in 2025,$7.5 million in 2023 vs.$2.9 million in 2021). For CVIC, this equates to almost six times more funding annually (i.e, nearly in 2021 vs. more than $1.3 million in 2026).2) Grew annual operating revenue by nearly 30%.3) Increased fundraising revenue for annual donations, pledges, appeals/campaigns and events with fewer FTEs goal/4.75 FTES in 2019 vs.$1.3+ million goal/3.05 FTEs in 2025).4) Launched strategic leadership development and intentional succession planning program designed to build, retain and engage qualified mid-and-senior-level leaders.5) Experienced a 50 percent turnover reduction (16%/2020 vs. 32%/2019) during first year. 6) Exceeded $1 million in major gift fundraising outcomes during a national pandemic.7) Authored a book (Two-Generation Guardians: Peacemakers Changing the Face of Violence - For Good) in honor of the agency\'s 40th anniversary.
