I currently co-chair our Firm\'s Mergers & Acquisitions Team, but consider myself an all around general corporate lawyer and business advisor. I pride myself on being an issues identifier and a hands on problem solver. I advise closely held family businesses and their owners across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, hospitality, medical and dental practices and other professional service providers including lawyers, accountants and engineers. As a CPA/Attorney with a Masters Degree in Taxation, I structure both simple and complex tax efficient transactions and financings to meet client objectives.
