   Program Manager at Microsoft - Global Demand Center is striving to create a “Center of Gravity” for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in a digital experience designed to give ISVs a clear path to build, publish and sell- Spearheaded the coordination, organization and publication of content for net new pages and the optimization of current ISV pages to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)- Facilitated copy creation with business and stakeholders for the ISV Hub and corresponding pages- Anticipated, mitigated and resolved issues that could derail projects from meeting their deadlines- Assisted and collaborated with consulting teams and stakeholders on testing and optimization to drive more traffic to the sign-up form- Worked very closely with internal stakeholders, Product and the Dev team from concept to launch on new components, site enhancements and net new pages- Main point of contact for creating and tracking tickets in Azure DevOps- Led the process of establishing and documenting a process for ticketing, intake and Localization. These guides will be used by internal stakeholders who have never used a CRM system before.
