   As a Modern Workplace Architect, my role is a technical leader who provides custom Microsoft cloud and hardware End-User solutions that meet clients\' needs. I do this by conducting quarterly or annual technology roadmap sessions with key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the business requirements of each existing client.For potential and new clients, all architects, including network, server, modern work, and information security, conducted a full discovery to ensure we fully understood the current state of the environment. Additional planning sessions would occur over the first 90 days to ensure we fully understood the client’s urgent needs and provided recommendations to help ensure environmental uptime and security.Outside of designing solutions, my role was a Level 3 role. I would be engaged by Level 2 engineers to assist with issues that surpassed their skill sets.
