About Cody Stewart

I am half Taiwanese, a first generation college graduate, and a certified open water diver. Unfortunately, I am also prone to motion sickness, which was prevalent during my most recent scuba diving trip. While descending into the water, I began to feel my stomach twist. Rather than rising to the surface and fleeing from discomfort, I persevered and literally explored uncharted waters. Because that’s who I am, someone who buckles down during difficult times and is eager to dive into new challenges. Fortunately, I rarely encounter motion sickness in the workplace, but still face situations that push me out of my comfort zone. I have had to standardize a business unit\'s process for demand planning, review the demand management process for a manufacturing plant, and forecast volatile service parts. I responded to these challenges by creating a globally standardized volume review tool, managing a root-cause analysis workshop in Mexico, and introducing regression forecasting models. I would not have been able to accomplish these things without applying my same character traits that flourish while scuba diving. I am both a strategic thinker and a conceptual learner, who is skilled in the analysis and communication of data and trends. I also enjoy getting to know people, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures. I look forward to connecting with you!
