As Chief Electrical Estimator for Weifield Group Contracting I am responsible for supervising and managing the estimating department, reviewing estimates for accuracy, preparing electrical quotes and proposals, and implementing measures to increase the company’s success and productivity. I am also responsible for accurate and competitive estimates and services for design-build and design-assist projects. These responsibilities include tasks such as; research/analysis and document the estimating process, determining areas of improvement and developing appropriate solutions, researching potential tools to enhance business processes, training for the department, strong industry awareness, and development of external relationships to better the company’s community standing.
