About Cody Nichols
I have a background working in customer success and sales where I have spent 6+ years working on my communication and interpersonal skills. I have had success with B2C sales in the past and have wanted to break into tech sales for a while so I have decided to transition into B2B sales. I have spent the last couple months taking a thorough and intensive online course in technology sales development. I have enjoyed my time in this course and have taken a liking to some personal development during this time. I have read books like \"How to Win Friends and Influence People\",\"Fanatical Prospecting\", and \"SPIN Selling\". I\'ve learned skills like researching new prospects, cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and running a discovery call using the SPIN Method and BANT. I\'m currently looking to transition into a Sales Development Representative role or even an Account Executive considering my years of previous sales experience where I can apply and refine the skills I\'ve been learning. I believe I can make positive contributions to any organization I am a part of and I am very excited for this new journey!
