Cody Meglio is Senior Director of Finance Strategy and Projects at WM, North America’s leading environmental services company. Cody has a decade and a half of finance and accounting experience. He is a finance leader with deep expertise in strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and complex financial modeling. He has a proven track record driving enterprise-level strategic priorities and delivering actionable insights for senior leadership teams. Most recently, Cody has led finance integration for the Stericycle acquisition (including system consolidation, process harmonization, and synergy realization) while ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Cody is skilled at bridging strategy and execution through cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.At KPMG, he developed deep M&A transaction experience through participation in and leadership of multiple acquisition, divestiture, and initial public offering (IPO) projects. Cody has experience advising on issues including SEC equity registration, carve-out financial statement preparation, IPO readiness, finance integration and complex accounting and reporting matters.Cody, a native of Marietta, Ohio, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and Virginia.
