Dr. Cody Lloyd serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategy & Operations at Southeastern University, where he provides strategic direction and executive oversight for many of the institution’s most critical functions. In this role, Dr. Lloyd leads university-wide efforts across information technology, student success, enrollment management, marketing, digital learning, institutional research and effectiveness, the registrar’s office, and regional and national accreditation.With over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, Dr. Lloyd has scaled University operations as SEU became one of the fastest-growing private universities in the nation. His work is marked by a deep commitment to data-informed decision-making, innovative technology integration, and mission-aligned strategic planning. He serves as the university’s primary liaison to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), overseeing compliance efforts and ensuring SEU’s authorization to operate in over 40 states.A visionary and collaborative leader, Dr. Lloyd partners with SEU’s Executive Leadership Team to enhance institutional effectiveness and deliver a seamless, student-centered experience. His leadership has significantly advanced student retention, graduation rates, and satisfaction across diverse academic programs and delivery models.Dr. Lloyd holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University, an M.A. in Higher Education & Student Development from Taylor University, and a B.S. in Psychology from SEU. In addition to his work at SEU, he serves as a SACSCOC peer reviewer, a commissioner for technology with the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities and an affiliate consultant with Credo, supporting institutions nationwide in areas such as enrollment strategy and student success.
