About Cody Clark

As a Project Manager in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results to every project. Based in Portland, Oregon, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams on diverse large- and small-scale projects, where I focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and creating client-centered solutions. My journey in construction began early, working in my family’s landscaping, masonry, pool, and spa business in Las Vegas, Nevada. I started in the field, mastering hands-on work, and eventually moved into roles managing personnel, overseeing accounts, and designing landscapes as a Site Superintendent and Project Manager. These experiences taught me the importance of understanding both the operational and managerial sides of the industry. I studied Construction Management and Environmental Science at the College of Southern Nevada before continuing my education at UNLV’s School of Architecture. During my time there, I interned with Marnell Corrao Associates, where I honed my skills in drafting construction drawings, conducting field reviews, and collaborating on master planning projects. I have carpentry, field superintendent and project management experience at reputable Portland area firms. As a Project Manager at Yorke & Curtis, Inc, I specialize in large, ground-up projects in sectors like multi-family housing, office, retail, senior living, hospitality, and non-profit developments; a focus in the Fuel and C-Store sector as well.
