With a passion for building high-performance teams and creating scalable software solutions, I’ve successfully led engineering organizations through rapid growth, multiple funding rounds, and product transformations. My focus is on developing and empowering teams while driving business success and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.My leadership experience has included overseeing all aspects of recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. I’ve defined key responsibilities and career development frameworks for a wide range of engineering roles, along with spearheading the implementation of learning and development programs to support continuous growth. My achievements in this area have included launching leadership development initiatives to effectively hire, train, and mentor up to 15 EngineeringManagers, along with expanding the engineering team from 25 to up to 75 employees to support business growth. I also have mentored Tech professionals in the local start up scene, as well as individuals throughout North America.I am committed to aligning engineering teams with business strategy by creating strategic plans and establishing key performance indicators to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
