About Cody Kaltoft
I build applications, automation and developers. I work hard at straddling the line between ‘maker’ and ‘manager’ because I believe in the value of building high quality technology solutions and high quality technology developers. I also believe there is immense value in helping others build their skills, in building a team and in working within an organization. I love to win and to see my team win.My team and I use code to simplify tasks and business processes, while bridging the gap between disparate business systems (both internal and external). I am proud to serve as a mentor for developers across the enterprise and to shape the technology stack, policies and future of our enterprise. I have a passion for analytics, having previously served as a leader within the analyst community at TDA while working in the Finance organization. I currently work in a stack that include.NET, Blazor, Angular, SQL Server, Netezza/Postgres, Oracle and some other technologies (I’m a developer so I’m excited about the ‘next’ language/framework/stack too). I have past experience in Python, Java, Visual Basic, JavaScript, and Perl; and I’ve supported applications built in Sencha and Django too.
