ABOUT CODY HOLNESS
I’m a UK-based (Norths West/Midlands) Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) and NEC-accredited consultant with over eleven years of experience delivering complex and sensitive projects in residential, emergency-services and custodial sectors. My background is academic and structured: degree with a number of construction company placements of site shadowing and office immersion, the straight consultancy graduate scheme, assistant roles, then project management. For the last six years I’ve been the lead project manager on schemes from £1.8M to £168M, taking them from concept to handover while keeping programme, budget and the toughest security and regulatory requirements firmly under control. My focus is always on making complicated things feel straightforward for everyone involved. I aim to give stakeholders complete confidence through clear reporting and honest conversations, catch issues before they become problems, and help teams and contractors perform at their best. Feedback I often hear is that projects feel more in control and people enjoy working with me.Always interested in connecting with others who work on demanding, high-impact programmes. If you think a conversation could be useful whether about current projects or future possibilities (including international). I\'d welcome a message.
