   I manage a team of 7 and our accounts on a daily basis; including newsletter and follow-up campaign creation and design, copywriting, brand redesign and recognition, and client base development. My team and I coordinate between the client and other departments, including Marketing, Advertising, SEO, DRM, and Social Media. I also oversee all training for the overall Naked Lime department from new hires to ongoing trainings and workshops.My main goal is to help our clients develop their brand and marketing strategies, individualizing it for each client. On a quarterly basis, we go over each client\'s individual results, and develop a new plan to help grow their business.Honors Received:Meritorious Performance Award (2014)- received for my hand in integrating a newly acquired company into ours, and supervising the new dept. The Avengers Award (2013)- received for being able to do the work of an entire team rolled into one.Meritorious Performance Award (2012)- received for my exemplary work as the Project Lead and the sale of direct mail pieces. The General Award - received for my ability to handle tough situations and tough dealers.
