ABOUT CODY COONROD
I’m a senior graphic designer based out of Dallas, Texas. Over the course of my 10+ years in design, I’ve developed the experience and knowledge to not only understand the intricacies of my craft but, more importantly, how to lead and impassion other up-and-coming designers looking to make an impact in their careers. Working with top industry leaders in the e-learning space, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my skill sets in areas such as presentation design, user experience, layout and motion graphics, illustration, type, branding, generative AI, etc. I’m a firm believer in positive reinforcement and the importance of ‘you can never truly ask enough questions.’ Communication is key and a foundational component to an accomplished team. Everything from task management to data analytics, learning outcomes, brand identity, and value proposition—I’ve created for myself a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to not only gauge success for myself but also measure that success as it pertains to the companies I’ve worked for. Outside of work, I love building Gundam model kits, catching the latest horror films, and snacking on the newest limited-edition Oreos.
