As Chief Executive Officer of the Boreal Healthcare Foundation, I lead the strategic transformation of one of Saskatchewan’s most vital regional health charities. Since 2022, I’ve expanded and repositioned the Foundation’s mandate to align with evolving healthcare priorities — with a focus on access to care, Indigenous health equity, and service innovation. I led a full organizational rebrand to reflect this broader geographic and ethical commitment, and rebuilt internal operations and staff structure to support execution. This included recruiting a high-performing team across major gifts, sponsorship, marketing, donor engagement, and campaign delivery, as well as implementing new governance, reporting, and performance frameworks to enable sustainable growth at the board level.I serve as architect and campaign lead for Equip the Vic, a $40 million capital campaign to fully equip the expanded Victoria Hospital — the largest philanthropic initiative in northern Saskatchewan’s history. Under my leadership, the Foundation has significantly expanded its partnerships with major donors, corporate leaders, Indigenous governments, and provincial stakeholders to align philanthropic investment with system-wide healthcare impact. My leadership approach blends systems thinking, strategic fundraising, and deep community engagement to inspire transformational giving and drive lasting change across the region.
