Responsible for the health, welfare, training, safety, security, and discipline of soldiers assigned to the Utah Army National Guard Medical Readiness Detachment. Ensured the unit was physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared to conduct missions as assigned.\\\\n\\\\nLed health service and disease prevention support for over 5,400 personnel of the Utah Army National Guard.\\\\nEnsured maximum medical readiness in preparation for worldwide deployments. Led 72 Army medical professionals to attain top Army National Guard medical readiness and health outcomes among 54 states and territories.
