Cody is the embodiment of a true inspiration on all fronts!Cody grossed $27.8 million in sales in 2021, achieving industry accolades and a booming business built on trusted referrals. Before beginning his real estate career, he spent six years (including one in Iraq) as a U.S. Army engineer and later trained and mentored soldiers as a Non-Commissioned Officer. While on active duty in the United States Army, Cody earned his MBA from Colorado Technical University.Cody found his calling in real estate when he began working as an executive assistant to the president of an international real estate brokerage after finishing his time in the military. Homeownership was a foreign concept for Cody while growing up, but he has since made it a reality and believes anyone can achieve it! He desires to help everyone around him create generational wealth, whether one is already a million-dollar buyer or on the cusp of purchasing their first home! His tenacity and determination to conquer any obstacle drive him to triumph in all endeavors. He is a relentless go-getter, and his multilayered personal experiences — including a challenging childhood, the military, marriage, divorce, and becoming a dad— embolden him to treat his clients with patience, understanding, and integrity as if they were family. These days, Cody is proud to call Austin home. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, boating, swimming, riding his Harley, or catching a show at one of Austin’s live music venues. He is also very passionate about giving back to the military community via donations and time spent serving our nation’s heroes.He is a wonderful father and passionate about supporting children in need, working with at-risk youth through the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA), helping them realize that their current circumstances do not dictate their futures.
