I am a senior consumer and retail executive with a track record of building and scaling product-led businesses across growth-stage, private equity–backed, and global retail environments. My background spans product strategy, merchandising, and operations, with a focus on profitable growth, executional discipline, and organizational scale.Most recently, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Public Rec, leading cross-functional execution during a critical growth phase. I partnered closely with product, supply chain, finance, and marketing leaders to strengthen operating cadence, improve decision-making rigor, and align teams around clear strategic and financial priorities. Previously, as Chief Product Officer, I owned the end-to-end product vision and assortment strategy, balancing customer-led innovation with commercial performance.Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at Athleta, Lucky Brand, and Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, operating across domestic and international markets. Across these roles, I led complex product portfolios, managed inventory and margin tradeoffs, and delivered growth, turnaround, and optimization initiatives.I’m known as a pragmatic, data-driven leader who bridges strategy and execution, builds high-performing teams, and thrives in environments where clarity, pace, and accountability matter.
