Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate at the North Carolina State University School of Public and International Affairs and a drilling Navy Reservist. Research interests include state and local government, resilient and equitable community development, and emergency management. I hold a TS/SCI clearance and a CI Polygraph. I have a demonstrated history of working in the military industry, as shown in my Joint Service Accommodation Medal and Joint Meritorious Unit Award. Increasing experience in target development, signals analysis, and personnel management. Participated in one CENTCOM deployment as a Navy embed with the US Army in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Increasing knowledge of IC tools and databases, radio frequency theory, Microsoft applications, signals analysis, information awareness, digital communications, and the Windows operating system.
