As a seasoned Packaging Engineer with a variety of experience working with popular consumer brands, I have a passion for solving complex problems. In my current role, I\'ve taken on additional responsibilities as a Digital Product Manager, leading the implementation of PLM and Salesforce components across the business. I am skilled in managing teams and fostering growth, creating a positive culture that encourages creativity and innovation. As a change agent, I\'m always excited to leverage new technologies and processes to optimize operations and solve problems more efficiently.    Wholesale and Admin Lead- I manage the Salesforce Admin team leveraging JIRA and other tools to create and deliver the system roadmap. This included system implementation, changes, and working across teams to deliver solutions- I led the self-Implementation of Salesforce\'s Consumer Goods Cloud for Casper. The system enabled a source of truth for logging and reporting daily activities for a team of 20. I spoke at World Tour NYC 2023 and on a Salesforce webinar about my experience with the Salesforce team.
