   As an HR Insights and Analytics Partner I have responsibility for building and managing Avera\'s HR reporting service and tools, leading the detailed statistical analysis of our Human Capital to identify actionable insights, and building predictive models. Insights from analyses are used to drive HR investments and talent management decisions, and assess HR program effectiveness. Sets strategies and recommends actions that facilitate efficient and effective analytics for the business and that positively impacts employee experience and the bottom line. Gather and analyze data, using advanced statistical models and continuously learn about new ways to mine data and distill meaning out of the increasing amount of data available to Avera. Use data to help Avera understand its internal workforce, our potential external workforce and determine how to best manage our Avera employees to drive real business results and value. Design measures/studies, builds processes, and leverages people and solutions that enable Avera businesses to assess people outcomes. Build tools to bring our workforce insights to our HR leaders and a wide audience to drive actions from workforce data and insights. Sets priorities for planning and management of modeling and insights across Avera Human Resources team and informs service delivery model across Avera. Act as a departmental representative in the planning, development, and implementation of various data intelligence applications. Develop the expertise in the departmental use of self-directed applications and serves as the point of contact for end users on proposed process and application changes. Collaborate with customer-facing peers within Avera to understand business challenges and build/deploy appropriate solutions and methodology that will drive business and talent outcomes.
