This promoted better guidance, and adherence to our excellence (promotion) model leading to better/more actionable feedback for reps looking to be promoted- Identified large performance gaps in our weekly call sprints through exported Tableau data and Excel analysis- Lead \'FY26 Rainbow Rivalry\' our largest meeting generating sales program from beginning to end. This included cross collaboration with our Tableau Analytics rep, marketing teams, and VPs to create a multi-contest program incentivizing BDRs, Managers, and Directors- Hosted the \'FY26 Rainbow Rivalry Mock Call Contest\' and secured cross collaboration with our COOs to get winning BDRs face time and interaction with our BU org leaders.20••••24 Business partner to 8 Sales Directors supporting 5 separate Operating Units- Successfully integrated Google Sheets and Slack to trigger automated Slack bot messaging based on line item status.
