When I realized the inextricable link between human behavior and business success in a college organizational behavior course, a spark ignited. That insight set the trajectory for my professional career. I spent the next ten years learning about, teaching, and applying O.D. principles and psychometric assessments to help clients boost job performance, team dynamics, and organizational outcomes.My role at Olsson offers me an opportunity to help employees build their careers, which helps our firm build communities and engineer possibilities.As a Certified Professional Coach, I help clients elevate awareness of the habits and thoughts that get in their way.
