I drive initiatives to identify and minimize risk, streamline processes, and enable efficiencies not only within HSE but across the organization. I have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in all facets of HSE responsibility. I have extensive experience in facility management & operations, construction, R&D/chemical, farming, along with others which enable success for the teams and organizations I support.In my current role I\'ve helped achieve the 2024 CBRE GWS HSE Account Excellence Award for our team and was recently asked to join the 2026 GWS HSE Account Advisory Council providing key input to help shape program development and initiatives for future deployment globally.
