Been in the gas/oil industry for 30 years. Started June 1994 for Nabors Drilling,Nomac Drilling & Desoto Drilling. Directional Driller for Schlumberger Directional in Arkansas. Worked in Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Pennsylvania, West and South Texas. Drilled in Woodford Shale, Marcellus Shale, Eagleford Shale, Fayetteville Shale & Mississippi Lime, Wolfcamp ABCD, and Upper/LowerSprayberry, JoMill formations. I am currently a Drilling Consultant for Diamondback Energy I coordinate and oversee well program operations with Drilling Contractors, Client Segments and Third Party contractors to ensure compliance with work programs, project procedures and contract requirements. Plans short term and mid term operations, ensuring material requests and standing orders are issued. Anticipates operational changes and any required remediation to secure operational continuity. Supervise the execution of the Drilling Program. Acts as Team Leader of project participants on site and responsible for compliance with drilling program in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor daily costs and prepare daily cost estimates for expenditures on the wellsite. Maintains a cost conscious attitude. Prepares detailed procedures for specific operations.(running casing, cementing, drilling etc)
