Partner with Senior Early Career Talent Partner on all external university recruitment, events, programs, job fairs etc.• Develop, plan, and facilitate Hiring Manager and Campus/Conference Team Training • Organize, manage, and maintain recruitment content to use for internal and external usage • Support early career full cycle recruiting. Partner with functional hiring managers and university champions to lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Early Career hires (Intern/co-op/JMO) through the program.• Manage requisition generation (RSD) and end to end recruitment (RSD through offer extension) for Early Career Programs (Intern/Co-op, Junior Military Officer)• In partnership with Communications team, create and lead elevated intern communications including area guides, Intern newsletter, and management of LinkedIn Intern group.• Manage Early Career budget including campus events, materials, and memberships.• Collaborate with talent experience team to develop a positive experience including the coordination of development programs; resume writing sessions, How to Use LinkedIn, Intern and Manager feedback sessions, Building Tours and any special events/programs for HQ Campus Programs • Partner with Senior Early Career Talent Partner to collaborate with the Inclusion and Diversity teams to ensure strategy is incorporated into all university and pipelining talent processes for the Talent Experience• Support Junior Military Officer (JMO) onboarding program including but not limited to quarterly check-ins, in-person sessions, etc.
