I\'m a third-year student from Irvine, CA studying business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance and a minor in applied analytics at the University of Southern California. My professional interests lie in commercial real estate acquisitions and investment sales and using data analytics strategies to streamline processes. I am also interested in residential real estate sales and am currently in the pre-licensing process for my California salesperson license. I describe myself as someone who is very passionate about his goals and works hard to meet them. I work well under stress and with challenges and love to be busy.
