I enjoy any challenge thrown my way. I like to plan, create, and execute creative solutions to everyday problems. I love connecting with new people and broadening my network. Once I am fascinated with a new subject, I can research for hours without a problem. I think the more knowledge you have, the more well-rounded of a person you are. This is why I strive to learn more every day.When I am not at work, I enjoy working on anything with an engine, listening to podcasts, and learning about any new topic under the sun. I like to be able to fix something with my hands while being fully immersed. I enjoy finding solutions through hands-on experience and work. This helps me see what I am changing along with the effects of it. I think this also works for managing the processes of a business. You have to try different things and visualize the outcomes before you finalize a process. There may be some unforeseen issues that can be avoided.
