I’m a customer-focused professional with deep experience in the restaurant industry and a background in mechanical engineering coursework. Over the past several years working in high-volume hospitality environments, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how restaurants operate—from customer experience and service flow to sales performance and operational decision-making.Working directly on the front lines of restaurant operations has given me insight into the challenges restaurant teams face every day: balancing guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
