Prior to Specialty Exterior Works, I was Aftermarket and Service Sales Specialist at Hyliion, where I focused on the aftermarket, service and warranty profiles of our electrification solutions. I strived to increase collaboration within all departments to analyze and implement improvements between teams. Our white glove service teams travel coast to coast to complete strategic system updates and interval service along with an extensive training of our electrification integration. My experience in natural gas and electrification spans service, operations, leadership and customer success. Prior to Hyliion, I was a regional operations manager and founding employee for Pegasus Optimization Managers LLC. I managed multiple teams, responsible for operations process, and compressor telematic system implementation across the fleet. During my three year tenure, I helped install and manage 25 percent of the company’s total revenue of approximately $36M per year. Before Pegasus, I served as a warehouseman, purchasing agent and field technician for CDM Resource Management.
