ABOUT CODY HONEYCUTT
I am a residency-trained orthopedic physical therapist and healthcare operations leader with a career built on progressive leadership responsibility across both clinical practice and hospital administration.I began my career in outpatient rehabilitation while simultaneously completing an orthopedic residency, where I practiced clinically while taking on increasing operational leadership responsibilities. Over time my role expanded from a De Novo clinic in Greenville, SC to working across Indiana overseeing operations of 15+ hospital based clinics, focusing on improving patient access, optimizing operational performance, and supporting therapist recruitment and development.Building on this experience, I transitioned into physician services and hospital operations leadership within a nonprofit health system in Jackson, WY. I currently oversee operational performance across 12 specialty service lines, partnering closely with physicians and administrative leaders to improve access, strengthen utilization, and drive service line growth.Key areas of focus in my work include improving patient access across clinical programs, recruiting both physicians and therapists to support strategic growth, and advancing operational performance across hospital-based service lines. I also played an integral role in launching a new OB/GYN service line within the system and have led initiatives to improve utilization across surgical based service lines.A consistent theme throughout my career has been stepping into roles with expanding responsibility while leading teams, managing complex clinical operations, and partnering with physicians and the other executives to build stronger healthcare programs.I am currently pursuing an MBA (expected 2027) as I continue developing the strategic, financial, and operational expertise necessary for senior hospital leadership. My long-term goal is to serve in executive roles within health systems where I can help organizations grow, adapt, and deliver exceptional care to the communities they serve.
