Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial data aggregation, analysis and reporting on critical elements driving Oaktree\'s revenue, cost and fundraising initiatives. Key responsibilities include profitability variance analysis, financial modeling, maintaining fundraising and cash balance forecasts and driving cross-departmental special projects• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly executive-level presentations for the Board of Directors, CFO and Senior Leadership Council. Key responsibilities include preparation and submission of materials, providing commentary on drivers, in-depth analysis of fund financial performance, and iterating with the CFO. • Portfolio Manager Assumptions: Manage distribution of Oaktree corporate\'s forecast assumptions to the strategy-level portfolio managers. Responsible for preparing, soliciting and aligning on strategy assumptions with portfolio managers as well as integrating their feedback into our Corporate Model.• Financial EPM Implementation: Collaborate directly with the VP of Reporting and 3rd party consultants to configure and implement leading FP & A EPM software. Key responsibilities include: developing and utilizing Python scripts to consolidate and load corporate model data, validating completeness of loaded data and developing comprehensive mapping of funds across the broader organization
