About Cody Ferguson
Cody is a dynamic leader at the forefront of revolutionizing data and analytics within the defense sector. With a track record of success spanning 10 years in the Department of Defense (DoD), Cody has consistently led large technical teams to implement cutting-edge features that empower the DoD to harness data for strategic advantage. In his previous role as the Data & AI Services Division Director and Advana PM, he was responsible for large-scale data acquisition efforts through federation and integration of over 600 data sources, automation of data ingestion and governance processes to decrease overall time-to-insight for DoD analysts and data scientists, and scalable solutions for data architecture and management of all data assets on the Advana platform. Prior to assuming this pivotal role, Cody led the development effort now known as \"Pulse\", enabling the Deputy Secretary of Defense to better manage and oversee the health of the DoD through data-driven decision making. He began his career focusing on the development of Budget Analytics metrics, enabling the DoD to optimize resource allocation and alignment with strategic objectives. As a visionary leader and expert in data-driven decision-making, Cody continues to shape the landscape of data analytics, driving innovation and fostering strategic advantage for the DoD. Cody recently began a role with Accenture Federal Services as a a Principal Architect for Data & AI, primarily supporting Defense & Intel.
