About Cody Ellis

I’ve spent the last 17+ years growing with Trinity Classic Homes—starting as a builder assistant in 2007 and working my way through nearly every department in the company. My experience spans field construction, purchasing, accounting, sales, production, warranty, and customer service. While I don’t claim to be a master of every trade, I have a well-rounded understanding of how each piece of the business connects—and how to keep things moving forward. I’ve led field teams, supported financial oversight, managed vendor relationships, and worked directly with homeowners. I’ve also been involved in multifamily and light commercial projects, giving me a broader perspective on construction operations outside traditional residential work. At every stage, I’ve learned that construction is a relationship business, and I truly enjoy building trust with trades, customers, and team members. I take pride in creating efficient systems, solving problems, and building teams that deliver quality work—whether on the jobsite or in the office. My leadership style is grounded in accountability, respect, and hands-on involvement.
