Currently working at Aviva as a Senior Project Management Specialist in Finance. Cody is reporting to the CEO and CFO of Aviva International Insurance. Also working on a technical implemetation project as a finance implementation lead.Cody has past experience in maintance and small change projects accumulating to £10m, digital projects in increasing the capability to IFA websites using agile methodolgy. Cody also has experience of finance projects including a longevity hedge and a merger of funds, transformational implementations and part VII.Cody is the lead of the social mobility progression network and balance steerco in which she launched the rape and sexual assault policy for Aviva UK and Ireland. Also actively discussing topics such as maternity, paternity, menopause and domestic and sexual violence and how Aviva can support colleagues through these.Cody has worked in other industries such as aviation within the company Rolls-Royce as a procurement intern, Card Factory as a merchandising intern and PV3 Technologies as a finance intern.
