Managed pre-construction and contract diligence for multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from 20MWac to 200MWac (50M – $300M) Review and advise on development documents through support of subject matter experts Consult Business Development of project readiness for asset purchase Prepare public request for proposals (RFPs) to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) bidders Review EPC bid documents to identify specification deviations and exclusions from required standards Run comparative analytics to determine the most effective EPC for the project Drive project progress through multiple departments both internally and externally Assist in EPC negotiations, disputes, arbitration or litigation as needed throughout corporate governance Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables and risk assessments across leadership
