Winkelman was founded by Don Winkelman, Sr. and his sons in 1969, providing services as a general contractor focused on commercial and institutional construction in Central Minnesota. Cynthia Schultz, Duane Schultz’s daughter-in-law, serves as President of Winkelman and works with the tenured local management team and maintains the strong local focus.
