   As Senior Commercial Counsel at LinkedIn, I support both the Marketing Solutions (LMS) and Sales Solutions (LSS) businesses. I handle a wide mix of deals—everything from insertion orders and channel partner agreements to co-marketing deals, sponsorship agreements, and subscription order forms. I work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Product teams to get deals done efficiently and make sure everything aligns with our internal policies.I also provide legal support on our Ad Tech business, helping navigate complex digital advertising deals with agencies, platforms, and advertisers.Beyond day-to-day contracts, I focus on improving how we work—building out templates, playbooks, and scalable processes that help us move faster as the business grows. I led the creation of a new legal framework for our VIP Sponsorship Program, which gave the business more flexibility for custom LMS deals. One highlight: I played a key role in closing LinkedIn’s first-ever Sponsored Economic Graph Report—a multimillion-dollar agreement that set the stage for future strategic partnerships.
