I am a British – South African Engineering Geologist with an MSc in Mining and Geotechnical Engineering and BSc (Hons) in Geology. My BSc (Hons) in Geology acted as a great foundation to further my knowledge by taking the more specialised MSc course in Mining and Geotechnical Engineering at The Camborne School of Mines (University of Exeter). My studies have provided me with the technical knowledge and practical skills required for a position in the Geotechnical and Civil Engineering industry. Modules which have significantly shaped my interests include Surface and Underground Excavation Design, Tunnelling and Project Management, which in turn developed an enthusiasm in securing an exciting career within the Geotechnical Engineering industry.
