Keyin College was originally established in Newfoundland and Labrador in 1980, with the goal of providing career seekers with the practical skills they would need to succeed and flourish in a competitive job market. Over the ensuing decades, as additional campuses were added to better meet the needs of both urban and rural employers, our graduates became sought after across the province. Over what has now become four decades of academic excellence, the Keyin model of career training has been time tested and retested to ensure that our graduates continue to meet the needs and expectations of employers in the rapidly evolving work world around us.

Passionate software developer with an entrepreneurial flair.I worked my way up through the ranks in networking and infrastructure for the past 20 years from a field support technician to a senior network security specialist and business analyst.In 2009, I decided to follow a passion for software development, specifically in database driven applications with a focus on mobile technologies. My core strengths include software architecture design, business analysis, databases and user experience testing.I have a passion for lean and agile methodologies but firmly believe that standards exist so that we can exceed them, not just meet them.My interests include Functional Programming using Agile Methodologies, Lean Startups, Best Practices, Mobile and Web Applications.
