   Led the end-to-end design and implementation of a modern, real-time data synchronization pipeline using Kafka, Debezium, and PostgreSQL. As the Pipeline Designer, PostgreSQL Configurer, and Kafka/Kafka-Connect Cluster Implementor, I was instrumental in reducing data synchronization latency from several hours to near real-time, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.Key contributions included:1) Architecting a robust CDC (Change Data Capture) system using Debezium for efficient real-time data extraction from SQL Server.2) Implementing Kafka clusters for scalable and fault-tolerant event streaming.3) Configuring Kafka Connect clusters with JDBC Sink Connectors and applying critical Single Message Transforms (SMTs) to ensure accurate and performant data ingestion into PostgreSQL.Addressing hidden challenges around Debezium offset management, Kafka message transformations, and PostgreSQL UPSERT logic.
