I went straight into work within the hospitality industry at 18 and spent the next 10 years working in Nightclubs and bars at various levels. In 2009 I taught myself chocolate making and created my own brand opening Chocolate Alchemy, a hand made chocolate shop & coffee shop offering chocolate making workshops in November 2009.I am direct and results-orientated with a practical approach to achieving my goals.I am tenacious in completing projects and naturally motivated to achieve.I am a hard worker who will listen to others \'point of view.I have the inclination to spot and capitalize upon different types of opportunity.I have the confidence, ambition and drive needed to scope out a new project. I have the commitment to overcome early challenges. I will not be put off by obstacles and will generally stick to my instincts in order to see a task through.
