I currently serve as the Executive Director of the San Luis Obispo County Integrated Waste Management Authority, a JPA focused on collectively implementing waste reduction and recycling programs and services across SLO County. I\'ve had a decades long career in public service, including executive leadership roles at Los Angeles County Public Works and launching my own environmental consulting practice, Blue Skye Environmental Consulting. My passion is advancing sustainability and helping to realize a circular economy. I\'ve served on numerous boards and commissions focusing on recycling, waste and environmental restoration, and have worked on various policies and legislation adopted at the State and local level in California that supported advances in infrastrucuture investment and sustainable resource recovery. I am a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.
