Developed SaaS roadmap/license management approach to reduce runaway licensing costs. Provided oversight for customer facing Learning Management System and Gamification/Loyalty program. • As interim CIO for a $150MM SaaS security software firm he led a major process improvement programs in data integrity, Quote to Cash, SDLC, implemented IT governance program, relocated corporate headquarters, implemented Service Desk model, and, transition to a new IT global organization. Led the analysis and integration of rogue IT functions into Global IT function with a total FY11 operating budget of $28MM.• Directed a three year Operational Service Excellence (OSE) initiative for a $100BB regional bank based upon ITIL.
