I am Sabu Thomas - a success coach focused on driving high performance among executives and leaders. My purpose in life is to help people succeed and live powerful lives and I have been fulfilling this mission for over three decades, starting as an HR professional and later evolving into a leader, coach, motivational speaker and philanthropist. I am an executive coach, certified NLP Practitioner and an accredited trainer of various management systems. As a certified coach in the brain-based coaching process from NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI), I have coached many professionals across a wide range of sectors and helped many senior executives enhance their competence. I am also an expert in group coaching for middle-level managers. In addition to my work as a coach, I am the co-founder of the United Way chapter of Bangalore and serving the community around. In addition I have helped establish a few charitable trusts in and around Bangalore. I also provide people-related consulting services to start-ups. I strongly believe that we can design the path we choose to take in our life. We chart this path by a simple yet very effective method called Goal Setting.
