   Currently managing the Business requirements around data requirements, rates, forms for the New Home Product project. Responsible for creating and managing their scheduled tasks around state roll out and getting requirements ready for IT consumption.• Successfully managed the implementation and integration of Guidewire’s DataHub product for the Kemper Commercial Auto and Claims Transformation programs. This was Kemper’s first implementation of GW DataHub. Responsible for the coordination efforts of the EY and Kemper DataHub team, the downstream Legacy Remediation teams, DataHub QA team and communication to the Executive Leadership Teams. Also managed the deployment activities around standing up the Datahub environment, ETL deployments and set up of Control-M.• Successfully managed the implementation of the Comparative Raters project for the K2 Simplified Prime upgrade. This program was to move all of our Legacy states to a new front-end application for agents. I managed the plans for 6 outside raters/vendors and 5 internal employees. I was responsible for creating and managing their scheduled tasks, managing defect resolution, management of risks and issues, creating deployment plans and coordination and communication to Leadership.
